The whole time you are onboard with our Company you will be kept, in the loop, so to speak. You will have full access to your Server, any Programs installed, any and all email accounts, etc... At the start of our relationship we will keep a log of how much time is expended on your site and a copy of that log is available upon asking.

A Website is a living entity and there will be change requests by you. We take our job as Webmaster seriously and your change requests will be made in a timely manner. If there is a problem, communication is key to resolving any issues that come up.

Our work is top notch, professional and we expect to be compensated. This issue will come up and arrangements will be discussed. We can do whatever you are comfortable with. Remember, we do not allow the almighty dollar to rule us or our Company.
